The flames foretold a prophecy
The dancing shadows unveiled a change in the wheels of time
Framed, hanged, murder and execution
An eden on earth for the devil and death

A man came to power
And ruled over the ages to come
His subjects ever loyal
But not to his throne
In hope of a perfect utopia
Visions be blurry still
A tale of a king destined to fall
In return for serenity, his people

Among the fires of ignorance
Emerged a gilded hero
Stripped off from honor and glory
He sought redemption with the death off his assailants
Revenge shall be served, with the king's head on a pike at the peak of war.

High council trembled upon seeing the whirlpool of demise before them
And their people saw the true face behind the mask in the thread sewn civilization.
They followed the man with the king's crown,
Not long did the kingdom fell apart.

He drew his blade in his family's name
Fulfilling his purpose he can be finally free.
Stabbed, slashed away himself
The velvet hall now turned scarlet
The last thing he saw is his own blood.
